Dick Muzwayine, Director: Human Resources, Department of Justice and Constitutional Development writes:
I am a regular reader of The Bronberger. Each monthly issue I read with passion and interest. I have learned a lot of Pretoria’s history, its people and the surrounding areas.

What concerns me most is the deaths on our roads in the Bronberg area. Fathers, young energetic men who still have a long life to lead, die through road accident. I fully pray for and support their beloved ones after these accidents.

It appears that the accidents are contributed to by speed. For the fact that the area has no high volume of traffic it is easy for people to suffer fatality when an accident happens.

It would be advisable that our residents take caution of speed, especially at night on gravel roads. I understand that it might be dangerous to be a victim of crime at night, but control of speed is necessary. I stand to be corrected.
